We are delighted to welcome you to Riverside Barn. Whether you are here for business, pleasure, or a bit of both, we hope you find your stay relaxing and enjoyable. This welcome pack is designed to help you settle in and make the most of your time here.

Getting Started

·       Check-In: Your key can be found in the lockbox beside the front door. The code will be sent to you before you are due to check in.

·       Contact: For any queries or emergencies, please email or message us on instagram.

Essentials

·      You will find hand soaps at all the sinks and shower gel in the bathroom and ensuite.

·       There are hair dryers in 3 of the barn bedrooms and both suites.

·       Bath and hand towels provided for each guest along with a towel and a robe for hot tub use.

·       The central heating is located in the utility room in the main barn and is set to come on a timer, please feel free to put on when needed.

·        There is a boiling hot tap fitted to the barn main kitchen sink.

.        Both Ribble and Hothersall suite have a small fridge, kettle and a coffee machine.

Local Amenities

·       There is a local shop in the village 7 minute walk away.

·       3 pubs within a few minute walk: White Bull, The Ribchester Arms and Black Bull.

·       The nearest supermarkets is Aldi, Sainsbury’s and Booths in Longridge which is 10 minute drive.

·       There are roman ruins in the village by the church and a Roman Museum.

·       The nearest cafes are: Potters Barn which is a few minutes walk away opposite the children's park; Stydd Café 10 minute walk, The Croft café next to Stydd Café. 

·       If you are wanting to go slightly further afield there some lovely villages and small towns near by with pubs, cafes and restaurants all within a 20 minute drive: Hurst Green, Old Lango, Whalley, Clitheroe, Longridge.

Jeffery Hill is a gorgeous spot to watch the sunset and have a walk.

Pendle Hill which can be seen from the garden is approx. 35 minute drive. 

Lytham St Annes is 45 minute drive and has a lovely promenade walk of you are wanting a coast line view.
